ABC Sweep System

Brock's ABC Sweep System will unload any flat-bottom bin up to 200 feet in diameter as quickly and efficiently as a hopper-bottom bin. The ABC grain bin unloading system is the only system that offers an option to move the controls of the sweep to the outside of the steel grain bin. This wonderful safety option means that you now have no need to risk your personal safety by climbing up and into the bin and it will also save you time. Grain bins will be unloaded evenly and gently thanks to this system's patented agitator that is designed to give an even feed of grain to the sweep as it makes it's pass.

The ABC Sweep System was designed with flexibility in mind as it can handle up to 20,000 bushels per hour and has many options available to suit your specific grain bin unloading needs. Brock's ABC system is the only grain unloading system to feature a completely hydraulically-powered drive and agitator which gives the system the ability to handle the demands of heavy unloading conditions and helps protect against motor burnout. ABC's adjustable agitator means that you get an efficient and complete bin sweep even with irregular flow materials such as soybeans.
